These Lemon Cheese Danish Cups are simple to make and only require a few ingredients. Makes a great breakfast when you want that sweet fill but want to stay within calories and points range. Serve warm with coffee or have it as a dessert. Either way its delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 4 oz low fat cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. low fat milk
- 2 tsp lemon juice (or more to your liking)
- zest of a lemon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pam spray
Directions
- Set oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a muffin tin pan with Pam spray and roll out crescent dough
- Take each crescent and fit it into muffin tin making a cup, repeat with the other 7 crescents
- In a small bowl, whisk or beat cream cheese and sugar well, add milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Pour 1 tbsp of filling into each crescent cup

6. Bake for 15 minutes or until crescent cups are light brown
7. Cool for 10 minutes, serve warm.
