Ingredients
- 1 8oz package Neufchatel cheese
- 1 10oz box chopped frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed to drain water
- 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup low fat milk or milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste
Directions
- Heat a medium to large size pan on medium heat.
- Add butter, once melted, add garlic, spinach and cheese
- Stir until cheese is melted, add greek yogurt, milk, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir just until all ingredients are fully combined and becomes creamy.
- Taste for salt and pepper and serve right away. As the dip sits it will become thicker. Add more milk to thin if desired.
