Easy Bisquick Cherry Scones

These Easy Bisquick Cherry Scones comes together quickly and makes a great breakfast or snack. All four ingredients are mixed together with a fork to form a crumbly texture. It may seem as if its too dry but to get that scone texture it needs to be on the dry crumbly side. It comes together as it forms into a circle. No butter was used in order keep the calories and smartpoints on a low budget. You can also make a glaze to drizzle over for additional calories and points.

EASY BISQUICK CHERRY SCONES

: 8 scones (1 scone per serving)

Easy Bisquick Cherry Scones that is delicious and comes together quickly.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cherries
  • 1/3 cup skim milk or milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Directions
  • Step 1 Set oven to preheat on 375 degrees. Add Bisquick and sugar to a bowl and stir to combine
  • Step 2 Add milk and cherries and use a fork to mix until crumbly
  • Step 3 Form scone mixture into a circle, about 7 inches diameter. Place in a pie dish sprayed with Pam spray or on a lined cookie sheet. It will spread as it cooks. Cut circle into eighths
  • Step 4 Bake for about 25 minutes on 375 degrees or until it starts getting brown on the edges and tops. Do not over cook. Once done let it cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
