These Guava Pinwheel Pastry are super easy to make and only require 4 ingredients. Great for entertaining, breakfast, snack or dessert. They are only 80 calories per serving and 3 WW smartpoints on green, blue and purple plan. You can find Goya Guava Jelly in the international food isle at your grocery store. Its amazing!

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 16 tsp Goya Guava jelly
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp water

Directions
- Set oven to 400 degrees
- Thaw puff pastry and cut into 16 equal squares, line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix egg with water to make an egg wash, set aside
- Take one square and cut the four corners up to the middle

4. Next, place pastry onto lined baking sheet. Brush one end of triangle with egg wash and fold to stick to the middle, fold the other ends opposite from each other . Repeat with the remaining pastry

5. Lightly brush pastry with egg wash. Poke middle with fork. Bake for about 13 minutes or until light brown
6. Once done baking, spoon 1 tsp of Guava Jelly onto middle of each pinwheel. Dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
