This Smoked Salmon and Egg Breakfast Pizza is super easy to make and quite tasty. Prep and cook within 30 minutes. Each serving is 164 cals, 6 smartpoints on green and 5 smartpoints on blue and purple plans. You can also add more veggies if you desire. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 tbsp or 30 g garden vegetable cream cheese
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes or more if desired, sliced
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp Everything Bagel seasonings
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch or couple grinds of black pepper
Directions
- Set oven to 375 degrees
- Roll out crescent dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and pinch seam to fill gaps
- Crack 5 eggs onto dough leaving spaces between them
- Take cream cheese and drop pieces on top the dough, about 1/4 tsp pieces
- Tear pieces of smoked salmon and lay on dough and egg
- Sprinkles, salt, pepper and everything bagel seasoning
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until dough starts getting golden brown. The egg will continue to cook and set once out of the oven.
- Cut into 8 squares and serve or cut each square into 2 triangles and serve 2 pieces.
