Oven-Baked Potato Wedges

These Oven-Baked Potato Wedges are crispy, flavorful and super easy to make!

What ingredients do I need?

To make these delicious Oven-Baked Potato Wedges recipe you’ll need:

  • Russet potatoes- they are the best potatoes for this recipe
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary- fresh or dried
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes – approximately 30-32 oz.
  • 1.5 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary leaves, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Directions

Start by preheating your oven on 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and scrub potatoes. pat them dry.
Cut each potato in half, lengthwise
Cut each side of potato into 5 wedges so you’ll end up with 10 wedges per potato. Spread them out on a large baking sheet pan or two medium size baking sheet pans. Set aside.
In a small bowl add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, chopped garlic and chopped rosemary.
Mix well to combine
Pour over wedges and toss to coat them evenly
Bake for 30 minutes. You can turn them half way through cooking but it isn’t required. Stick a fork into them after 30 minutes to check for doneness. Cook for an additional 5 minutes if needed. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Step 6 Pour over potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.
  • Step 7 Bake for 30 minutes flipping half way through cooking but not required. Check for doneness with a fork. Once done, cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Step 8 Enjoy!
