No Bake Apple Pie Phyllo Cups

These No Bake Apple Pie Phyllo Cups are the cutest dessert! They are perfectly portioned coming in at only 77 calories and 2 WW smartpoints per 2 apple pie cups. Great fall dessert or snack!

Phyllo cups/shells are found in the frozen fruit/pie section of your grocery store. These come ready and do not need any baking, just a little heating up for 3-5 minutes in your oven, toaster oven or air-fryer if you want it crispier.

To make apple pie filling you’ll need:

  • 1 cup chopped apples of your choice (about 2 small to medium)
  • 1 tsp light butter (I used Land O Lakes)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • squeeze of lime or lemon juice (about 1/8 tsp)
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • whipped cream (optional)

Chop apples into small chunks
Add butter to small sauce pan
Add chopped apples
Add brown and white sugars, cinnamon, salt and lime or lemon juice. Stir.
Cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring
Mix corn starch in water until dissolved and add to apples. Mix, turn off heat once thicken
Finished apple pie filling. Pour about 1 heaping teaspoon into each phyllo cup.

Easy apple pie dessert that comes together in 10 minutes. Calorie and WW friendly.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped apples of your choice (about 2 small to medium)

  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • squeeze of lime or lemon juice (about 1/8 tsp)
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • whipped cream (optional)
Directions
  • Step 1 Peel and chop apples into small chunks
  • Step 2 Heat a small skillet on medium low heat and add butter
  • Step 3 Add apple, sugars, cinnamon, salt, lime or lemon juice and stir
  • Step 4 Cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender, stirring often
  • Step 5 Mix corn starch and water until dissolved and pour onto apples, stir until thickened
  • Step 6 Remove from heat and pour about 1 heaping tsp of apple pie filling onto each shell/cup.
  • Step 7 Serve with whipped cream if desired.

Yield: 15 apple pie cups (2 cups per serving no whipped cream)
