These Individual Blueberry Crisps are warm, crisp, and make a great healthy dessert. This recipe makes four servings that are 3 smart points on all WW plans and 116 calories per serving.
Each blueberry crisp is perfectly portioned making this dessert great for those counting points or calories. They taste best served warm. I like adding a small scoop of Halo top vanilla ice cream (for extra points and cals). Whipped cream would be great too but it’s pretty good by itself!

What do I need to make these Easy Individual Blueberry Crisps?
- Fresh blueberries
- Sugar- white and brown (I used Sugar In The Raw for my brown)
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Vanilla extract
- Salt
- Plain oatmeal
- All-purpose flour
- Butter
- 4 ramekins dish for baking
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and set ramekins on it, set aside.
- In a bowl, add washed blueberries, white sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg,1/4 tsp vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, stir and set aside.
- In another bowl, add oats, flour, brown sugar, very cold butter cut into pieces, a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
- Using tips of fingers mix ingredients together until it comes to a coarse texture.
- Spoon blueberries evenly into ramekins, tops evenly with the crisp topping.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until topping becomes lightly golden and blueberries are bubbly.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
