Cherry Tomato Salad

This Cherry Tomato Salad recipe is easy and makes a great healthy summer salad. Just a couple of ingredients are needed to put this salad together and its done in under eight minutes!

This recipe serves two but can be doubled or tripled to serve more. Each serving has only 1 WW smartpoint on all three WW plans and 48 calories per serving.

I used dill in this recipe but you can try the obvious, basil or any other herbs you may like. Apple cider vinegar can be used in place of red wine vinegar as well.

Easy summer Cherry Tomato Salad that can be eaten as a snack or side

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1/2 of a small red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red wive vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
  • Step 1 Place tomatoes in a medium bowl and add chopped onion, dill, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper and mix.
  • Step 2 Enjoy by itself, as a snack or as a side dish.
