Tried TikTok’s viral Air fryer Pasta Chips and loved it!
All you do is cook pasta, season it with seasonings and oil, then air fry until crisp. You can use any pasta shape you like such as penne, bow tie, or rigatoni, and measure about 8 oz of dry pasta.
In this recipe, I am using leftover cooked lasagna sheets that I cut into triangles. I get about ten chips per sheet. This is great if you have leftover dry sheets that aren’t enough for lasagna or extra cooked sheets that are not being used.
These chips will cook in batches for about 4 minutes or until lightly brown and crisp. I give them a shake or turn halfway through cooking. You can add in more cheese right after cooking, just be sure to count the added points and cals!

- 5 lasagna sheets – cooked aldente
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions
- Step 1 Lay cooked lasagna sheets on a cutting board to cool.
- Step 2 Cut each sheet into 10 triangles
- Step 3 Drizzle with oil and add seasonings, toss gently
- Step 4 Cook in pre-heated air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 4 minutes, stopping halfway to turn or shake. Chips should be nice and crisp.
- Step 5 Repeat with remaining pasta. Cool and serve with marinara sauce or your favorite chip dip.
