Easy Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies (4 Ingredients)

These Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies are quite an easy and tasty treat. Comes together in a matter of minutes, no mixer is required and only four ingredients are needed!

This recipe is super easy and fun to make with kids. For a quick dessert or snack whip these up in a matter of 30 minutes from start to finish. No chilling the dough before baking.

I use two kinds of sugar, granulated and packed dark brown sugar. I like the flavor of adding both but you can use just one sugar or the other. So if you were using just granulated that would be 1/2 cup for the entire recipe.

These make 19 cookies using 1 tbsp of dough. You can make these smaller or bigger if desired. I bake these cookies for about 13-15 minutes. You’ll start seeing a barely visible darker brown edge that’s when you take them out.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Place crunchy peanut butter in a bowl
Add both sugars, mix well until sugar is not visible
Add in egg and vanilla extract, mix until the egg is fully incoraporated.
Measure 1 tbsp dough, roll into a ball, and place on cookie sheet
Using a fork, press down and across to create a pattern. Use fingers to gently pull away dough from the fork if it starts to stick.
Bake cookies for about 13-15 minutes
Cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack for 10 minutes.

  • Step 1 preheat oven on 350 degrees farenheit and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Step 2 Place crunchy peanut butter in a bowl
  • Step 3 Add sugars and mix well until sugars are not visible
  • Step 4 Add in egg and vanilla extract, mix until egg is full incorporated
  • Step 5 Measure 1 tbsp dough, rool into a ball and place on cookie sheet. repeat with remaining dough.
  • Step 6 Using a fork press down and across to create a pattern.
  • Step 7 Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  • Step 8 Cook on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer on a cooling rack to continue cooling.
  • Step 9 Store in an air tight container for 3-4 days.
