Easy Banana Sundae Dessert

This quick and easy banana dessert is great for when you need that sweet fill but want to stay within your calorie or points limit. This serves two which makes it a great at home date-night treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 small cookie scoops or about 1/4 cup divided Halo Top vanilla ice cream
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 2 tsp Hershey Syrup
  • 2 spritz whipped cream

Directions

  1. Slice banana in circles, divide into 2 equal servings.
  2. Add each serving onto 2 small dessert plate or dish.
  3. Scoop ice cream on top banana, or measure 1/4 ice cream and split between two
  4. Measure and drizzle 1 tsp Hershey syrup over ice cream
  5. Then add a small spritz of whipped cream on top of each ice cream.
  6. Top with cherries. Enjoy
