This Plum Crumble is a great summer dessert. Lightened up by using less sugar but enough to make this dish a dessert. The plum becomes a jam-like consistency as it cooks and the crumble gives it a nice crisp finish. Add ice cream or cream if desired (and if you have the extra points and calories).

Notes: This crumble can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer for about 2-3 mins. Taste even better after a day or two, in my opinion. I sectioned the crumble in 6 to make this 6 servings which is around a heaping 1/3 cup. Try serving with Halo Top Lite Vanilla Bean Ice cream for 1 smartpoint per 1/4 cup.
To make this in an air fryer you’ll need a pan that fits in your air fryer. I have this set and used the pizza pan to make this crumble.
I use the Ninja Air Fryer for all my air fryer recipes.
